Tokyo based E Frontier Inc in Japan has announced a target release date for Shade 10.5 for March 6, 2009. Mirye Software Publishing would like to update the users of Shade English version on the status of Shade 10 and 10.5 in English. Shade is the best selling professional 3D curved surface modeler, animation and rendering solution on Windows and Mac OS X.

All Shade 9 English users will receive a free upgrade to Shade 10 English and receive a Shade 10 serial number when the Shade 10 English beta program is announced. The target version for the English release is Shade 10.5, with localization in parallel to the development of Shade 10.5 English. This will allow English version users the opportunity to participate in the beta program and also gain access to new features found only in Shade 10 and 10.5. Mirye Software Publishing will also release selected Shade content in English that makes use of the features introduced in Shade 10.

First released in 1986 in Japan, Shade differentiates itself by providing Bezier based modeling tools, making it possible to create more organic and realistic character and architectural designs. Shade has an uncluttered interface that lets you show only the tools you need, when you need them. Shade is developed and published in Japan by E Frontier, Inc, and published worldwide in English by Mirye Software. Shade 9 English was announced for MacWorld 2009 on January 5, 2009.
